1. Please use the equipment safely.  Any information needed, please inquire with the trainer and/or owner
   of the establishment.

2. Please put the hand-held equipment back to its original location so it can be easily located in the rightful place.

3. Adhere to the hours of operation of the gym, which are Mon-Fri 8am-10pm, Sat-Sun 7am-8pm.  If the member
   has a trainer, please consult with the trainer first for special accommodations if the owner in unavailable.

4. **** Please respect the following codes of conduct ****

a) Reframe from inappropriately touching a staff member or client's body parts.

b) Reframe from using unacceptable terms in the gym towards race, genda, background, sexuality, and disrespectful

terms.  **** Included is playing music which has inappropriate terms in the artist's lyrics ****.

c)  Adhere to proper exercise attire to avoid distracting other members and trainers.  Avoid fraternizing.  Members

will receive a warning.  If the misconduct happens twice, the membership shall be terminate
